A licensed Commercial, Industrial, and Residential General Contractor and Real Estate Associate Broker with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., Tisa is licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
With over 25 years of experience spanning construction, real estate development, business advisory, and leadership coaching, Tisa has built a reputation for helping entrepreneurs, executives, and institutions move from vision to execution. Through the DAIS Impact Center and her advisory work, she creates spaces—both physical and strategic—where ideas are developed, leaders are strengthened, and impact is multiplied. Her work is grounded in excellence, faith, and results, empowering others to build sustainably, lead confidently, and grow with purpose.

My Qualifications
As a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB)—the highest professional designation in real estate finance—demonstrating advanced expertise, ethics, and leadership within the housing and mortgage industry. She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, reflecting mastery in leading complex projects, managing risk, and delivering results on time and on budget.
As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Tisa has completed extensive training in psychology-informed coaching, goal setting, leadership development, and strategic communication. She is an ACUE-certified educator and holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
